Suzy Eynon is a writer from the desert. Her first book, Terrestrial, was published by Malarkey Books in May 2026. She’s the author of the prose chapbooks Commuting (Ghost City Press summer series 2024) and Being Seen (Ethel Press August 2025). Her work has been published in Roanoke Review, Passages North, X-R-A-Y, and elsewhere. Her work has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize, Best of the Net, Best Small Fictions, and Best Microfiction, and her short story collection was shortlisted by YesYes Books for fiction in 2023. In 2025, her work was nominated for Best of the Net, Best Small Fictions, and the Pushcart Prize.
She has an MFA in Writing from Lindenwood University and a BA in English Literature from UW-Seattle. She also has an M.Ed. in Adult Education. Currently, she is the managing long form fiction editor at Variant Lit. She lives in the Pacific Northwest.
